Participants accreditation

Participants are required to present their identity document used for registration in order to obtain a badge. It is possible to collect the badges by third party by showing identity document and a power of attorney.
In order to avoid any inconvenience accessing forum venue we kindly remind you to obtain your badge ahead of time in one of our accreditation points:

Organizations collecting more than 10 participants’ badges are requested to provide a power of attorney and a list of participants by e-mailing registration@forum-astana.org with accreditation point (Hilton Astana Hotel).
In terms of time consideration we recommend you send the lists of participant on time to allow us enough time to prepare your badges. Onreceivingapowerofattorneyanda list of attendees we will timely advise you on badge collection date and time.
